Neil LaBute thought about casting Aaron for the lead role in his new movie Lakeview Terrace according to a new article, Macho takes on role of co-star:

LaBute considered casting Eckhart - a fellow BYU alum with whom he had worked in "In the Company of Men," "Your Friends and Neighbors," "Nurse Betty," "Possession" and even a cameo in "The Wicker Man." But the actor, who recently received accolades as the scarred DA Harvey Dent in "The Dark Knight," wasn't available.

We all know Aaron has done ad campaigns for the GAP and most recently Peek und Cloppenburg, but not widely known is the Spring 2007 campaign he did for Cole Haan. The photos from the campaign are absolutely gorgeous and I've added them in the gallery.

There's a new interview with Aaron and director Alan Ball with Hollywood.com, Aaron Eckhart and Alan Ball on the Controversial 'Towelhead'.

• Maria Bello, introducing fiancé Bryn Mooser to costar Aaron Eckhart at a screening of their new movie, Towelhead, at the Arclight Cinemas in Hollywood. Bello, who was wearing her engagement ring, and Mooser sat next to each other inside the theater and chatted with Eckhart for a few minutes. When they weren't talking with guests, the couple whispered with one another.

USA Fans - Aaron will be making an appearance on Jimmy Kimmel Live on September 4 (That's today!) so make sure you have your DVRs set!

Aaron talked with E! Online on why he took the role in Towelhead, Batman Baddie Aaron Eckhart is a Three Face and also named him as a Raunchy Risk Taker.
