Battle: Los Angeles is having a casting call at the moment, Spoiler TV has all the info about the characters and it says there that the shoot date is mid August. The other date mention was October so we'll see when it actually starts.

Aaron stopped by Union Square on the 15th to drop off his sneakers which will be donated all around the world as part of Puma's Soles4Shoes charity.

Shoe maker Puma has teamed up with Soles4Souls, a charity organization that donates shoes to countries in need all over the world. Together, they’re asking shoppers to donate any lightly worn shoes or monetary donations at Puma locations across America from June 15 to July 12.
As an extra incentive Puma will also reward all donors with a 30% off discount for new Puma shoes.
For the kickoff in NYC earlier this week, Puma set up two massive 10-foot tall donation boxes in Union Square for people to donate their shoes and grab a free pair of Soles4Souls flip-flops along with the discount. Celebrities, including Aaron Eckhart stopped by the giant drop box to make a donation.
If you’re in Santa Monica on June 23, Puma is hosting another larger than life Sole4Souls donation box at the 3rd Street promenade.

Traveling aka Brand New Day may have yet another title change according to this press release from Universal, the movie is now titled Love Happens.
Remember back in February where Aaron and fellow actors Bradley Cooper and Dax Shepard went to Afghanistan? (Visit the gallery for the pics) Bradley talked about the experience to the Edmonton Sun:
"We spent nine days there, flew into Kandahar and went out on Chinook helicopters. I wasn't that scared until we got there, when the reaction of the soldiers was one of complete disbelief. Because we really were on the front lines," he says, laughing. "That's when I felt a little trepidation."
